Margo Chevers, president of Northeast Leadership Enterprise, presents to groups to align their organizations to the needs of the customer as well as to individuals to enhance and achieve their potential.

She specializes in presenting keynote speeches and workshops to associations and corporations. Since 1986, she has been delivering professional development programs on the Infrastructure of Customer Service, Sales, and Goal Achievement.

Ms. Chevers has built an outstanding reputation as a responsive, results-oriented speaker with a unique ability to work with a wide variety of people and to facilitate diverse groups, bringing each participant to a higher level of motivation and individual growth.

Her professional experience includes 6 years as a Director of Sales and Marketing for two convention hotels in New England, real estate broker, property manager and college instructor in the subjects of Marketing and Strategic Planning.

She is the author of numerous articles and is the editor of "SUCCESS REPORT", a customer service newsletter. Margo produced and hosted her own television show, "Against All Odds" for two years.

She speaks at conventions and annual meetings around the country. Some of her clients include Ford Motor, Sales & Marketing Executives, Shell Oil, Chrysler Corporation, The New England Journal of Medicine, Sheraton Hotels, New Balance Shoe Co., Department of Defense, Meeting Planners International, Financial Women International and many more.

Her book, "What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up? A creative approach to choosing your life's goals" was published by Grand Publishing Co. in July 1993. Her second book, "STOP the BS (bad service)" was published by Kendall/Hunt in May of 1994.

Ms. Chevers is a past president of the New England Chapter of the National Speakers Association. She is the past president of her local Chamber of Commerce, past president of her Toastmasters Club and serves on the Executive Committee of a local woman's shelter.
